What is a Cupcake Party?

Cupcake Parties are so much fun! Our parties are held in a private room at Cafe on Main in downtown Columbus, MS.

During each party, guest will...
-Decorate a real chef hat to wear and take home
-wear an apron
-help prepare jumbo cupcakes, mix ingredients, prepare for baking
-have cupcakes and lemonade while opening gifts
-Once the cupcakes are finished baking- each guest will decorate
-take cupcake home in a cute box, just for their cupcake

Cupcake Party Package #1 $175

-Your party guest will have a blast in our private party room for 1 and 1/2 hours.
-You will receive your own party guide to accommodate all of your needs.
-Includes up to 10 guest (who will participate in decorating)
- 1 dozen decorated cupcakes to enjoy during the party
-Lemonade
-Cups, plates, napkins
-Balloon for each guest
-1 jumbo cupcake for each guest to decorate
-Chef hat for each guest to decorate
-Sprinkles, icing, candy, etc. to decorate cupcakes
-We setup and clean up
-Stress free party!

-You will receive your own party guide to accommodate all of your needs.
-Includes up to 10 guest (who will participate in decorating)
- 1 dozen decorated cupcakes to enjoy during the party

-Cups, plates, napkins
-Balloon for each guest
-1 jumbo cupcake for each guest to decorate
-Chef hat for each guest to decorate

PLUS....
-Ice Cream Sundaes for each party guest

Ultimate Cupcake Party #3 $275

This is the ultimate party! Again, stress free, you just show up!
This party is the works, it includes everything in the previous parties:
-Your party guest will have a blast in our private party room for 1 and 1/2 hours.
-You will receive your own party guide to accommodate all of your needs.
-Includes up to 10 guest (who will participate in decorating)
  No charge for Birthday Child
- 2 dozen decorated cupcakes to enjoy during the party
-Lemonade
-Cups, plates, napkins
-Balloon for each guest
-1 jumbo cupcake for each guest to decorate
-Chef hat for each guest to decorate
-Sprinkles, icing, candy, etc. to decorate cupcakes
-Ice Cream Sundaes for each party guest
-Party favor bags with candy for each guest
PLUS....
- Apron for each child to decorate and take home
- Personalized Cupcake Toppers
- Includes 2 dozen decorated cupcakes to enjoy during the party instead of 1 dozen in the previous 2 packages

*To book a party $50 deposit,(for the ultimate package #3- $100 deposit) balance is due before party. Your deposit will be subtracted from your balance this reserves your date and time, deposit is non-refundable. 
  
If additional guest arrive, add ons, etc- need to be paid before party or settle immediately after the party.

Decorating Cupcakes

Each party guest will be given 1 jumbo cupcake to decorate. We have homemade buttercream icing in baker bags and each guest can ice their cupcake.

We have sprinkles and candy galore!

Each guest can decorate however they choose, this is the fun part! We love to see all the amazing cupcake creations!

The guest can eat their cupcake at the party or we can box them up to take home.

All cupcakes, icing, sprinkles, candies, etc. will be included for all parties. Best part.... we do the set up and the clean up, you just watch and have fun, or join in!

Chef Hats

Each party guest will be given a chef's hat to decorate before we start baking and decorating. Guest will take these home to show off!

We decorate!!!!

 We decorate for you! We can decorate for a boy or girl birthday, baby shower, wedding party, or just a fun cupcake social.

Each party will have three tables set up-

One table is set up for lemonade and cupcakes. One large table will be set up for the party guest as a decorating and fun table. We can adjust this table to the number of guest. One table will aso be set up for a work station while making/preparing the cupcakes, before they are baked. Additional tables and chairs are also available for others attending the party.



Party Setup

Each child will be provided an apron and all the kitchen supplies he or she needs during the party. Aprons are available for favors for an additional $3 per child.

Each seat will already be set up for each guest before the party starts, we do al the work, you just enjoy!

Cupcake Parties 101

We are so excited to begin having cupcake parties at The Sweet Shop. Contact us today to book your party! We will offer 3 different parties to fit your needs. We can accommodate as many guest as needed. Our parties are held in a private room, and all rooms are decorated for your party. Each party will include a party attendant to guide the party. Each party will include cupcakes to decorate, chef hats, balloons, paper products, cupcakes to eat, lemonade and bottle water. Each child will be given an apron and utensils to use during the party, aprons are available for each child to take home as a favor for an additional cost.
